Privacy notice

Last updated: 8 November 2026

We use your email only to send you what you asked for, to reply to you and, if you agreed, to send a few related emails. We do not sell your data. The demo uses made-up data only. You can unsubscribe, ask us to delete your data, or complain to the ICO at any time.

1. Who we are

This notice explains how EnablSoft Technologies Limited, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 15431767, registered office Flat 452 Station House, Elder Gate, Milton Keynes, MK9 1GA (“EnablSoft”, “we”, “us”) handles personal data on the Home Service Engine website (homeservice.enablsofttechnologies.uk). We are the controller of the data described here.

Our main company site, enablsofttechnologies.uk, has its own privacy policy. Sarat Sarvepalli also works as an independent consultant through sarat.sarvepalli.com, which has its own notice.

Contact for anything in this notice: sarat@enablsofttechnologies.uk.

2. What we collect

  • Your email address, and your name if you give it, when you ask for the free one-pager. You enter it on a checkout page run by Whop.
  • Messages you send us, and anything you tell us on a call, such as your firm’s name and how it handles enquiries and quotes.
  • Visit data: our hosting platform records standard server logs and counts visits so we can see which pages work. This includes the page visited, the referring link, your rough device type, browser and country.
  • Preferences in your browser: your light or dark theme choice is stored in your own browser. It is not sent to us.

We do not knowingly collect data from children and we do not collect special category data on purpose.

3. Why we use it

  • To send you the one-pager and answer you: steps you asked us to take, or legitimate interests.
  • To send you a few related emails about the Home Service Engine: only if you agreed, and you can withdraw your agreement at any time. Every email has an unsubscribe link, or you can email us.
  • To keep the site secure and working and to understand which pages work: legitimate interests.

We follow the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) for email. We say who we are and we make it easy to opt out.

4. The demo and made-up data

The Home Service Engine demo uses made-up data only. We do not hold any real firm’s customer data in it. If a firm later joins a pilot, a separate privacy notice and a data agreement will be agreed with that firm first.

5. How long we keep it

  • Sign-up details and emails: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, or up to 2 years after our last contact, whichever comes first.
  • Support and call notes: up to 2 years after our last contact.
  • Server logs and visit data: a short rolling period set by our hosting provider.

6. Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. We use these providers to run the business, and they handle data only to provide their service:

  • Whop: the sign-up checkout, delivery of your download, hosting of this site and visit analytics.
  • Our email and workspace providers: to send you messages and keep our records.
  • Accountants and professional advisers, and regulators or law enforcement where the law requires it.

7. International transfers

Some providers process data outside the UK, including in the United States. Where that happens we rely on UK adequacy regulations or approved safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. You can ask us for details.

8. Security

We use access controls, encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restricted credential storage. No online system is perfectly secure. If a breach is likely to put you at risk, we will tell you and the ICO as the law requires.

9. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us to:

  • give you a copy of your personal data (access);
  • correct data that is wrong;
  • delete your data, in some cases;
  • restrict how we use it, in some cases;
  • hand over data you gave us in a portable format;
  • stop using it where we rely on legitimate interests, and always stop marketing to you if you ask.

10. Contact and complaints

Email sarat@enablsofttechnologies.uk. We aim to reply within one month. We may need to check who you are first, and there is no fee unless a request is clearly unfounded or excessive.

Please tell us first so we can try to fix the problem. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO): ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint, telephone 0303 123 1113.
